Clipcentric, Inc. ("Clipcentric", "We", "Us") provides marketing solutions that enable our customers to create and distribute a variety of digital advertisements ("Clipcentric Ads"). Clipcentric Ads are trafficked across a variety of websites and applications that are owned or operated by third parties ("Publishers"). Advertisers, Publishers, or other third parties who enter into a licensing agreement with Us ("Customers") may use this website (the "Site") as a point of entry to Customer-only software products and services ("Services").
Personally Identifiable Information ("PII") is information that can be used to contact or identify a natural person. Examples of PII include, but are not limited to: name, email address, postal address, telephone number, social security number, and credit card number.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information ("Non-PII") is any information other than Personally Identifiable Information. Examples of Non-Personal Information include how a user interacts with a website or advertisement, the user's IP address, browser type (e.g., Netscape or Internet Explorer), or operating system (e.g., Macintosh or Windows).
Privacy Practices for Ad Viewers
In the course of delivering a Clipcentric Ad to you, We do not collect personally identifiable information about you. However, We do collect certain non-personally identifiable information about you, such as your browser type, the server your computer is logged into, the type of computer operating system you use, and whether and how you responded to the ad delivered. The non-personally identifiable information that we collect is used for the purpose of targeting ads and measuring the effectiveness of ads on behalf of our Customers.
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user's computer for record-keeping purposes. We use persistent cookies to keep track of what Clipcentric Ads you have seen and how you have interacted with them. These cookies may remain in your browser for an extended period of time. However, we do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information We may display an alternate ad experience to you based on this information. We also track anonymous behavior of users seeing our ads, such as what ad components were seen or interacted with and report uniqueness data to our clients.
Ad Viewers may "opt out" of receiving cookies that enable the viewer's browser to keep track of such information by clicking the "Opt-Out" link below. If an Ad View changes his or her mind after opting out (for example, because he or she decides that it is better to be shown rich advertising components with some limitation on frequency), the Ad Viewer can opt in by clicking the "Opt-In" link below.
You can also manage how your browser handles cookies by following directions provided in your internet browser's "help" directory. Note that if you delete, reject or block cookies, it may negate the functionality of our opt-out mechanism.
Privacy Practices for the Site Visitors
Clipcentric does not collect any personally-identifying information of Site Visitors before, during or after your visit to this Clipcentric.com website other than what you voluntarily supply to us (e.g., submitting information through the Contact Us and/or registration forms). This information may include name, address, billing address, email, phone number and company information When personal or business information is provided by you directly to us, this information is used by Clipcentric solely for the purposes identified at the point of contact, such as to convey requested product or service information, assess the needs of your business to determine suitable products, respond to customer service requests and improve our website.

Other Tracking Technologies on our Website
Our third party analytics partner may employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers' personally identifiable information.
As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.
We use local shared objects, also known as Flash cookies, to store your preferences such as volume control or high game score, or display content based upon what you view on our site to personalize your visit. Third Parties, with whom we partner to provide certain features on our site or to display advertising based upon your Web browsing activity, use Flash cookies to collect and store information. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from Clipcentric once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) Clipcentric disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which Clipcentric shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Storage and Security of Information
All information we gather on our Site is stored within a database to which only we and our hosting services provider are provided access. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, as effective as the reasonable security measures implemented by us may be, no physical or electronic security system is impenetrable or 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the security of our Site's servers or databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.
